i was up most of the night with jane last night. she has an awful cold, and wanted to be close to dad last night.
last night’s sketch class was good. the group worked fast, but in only 3 hours, we weren’t able to cover much. a bright group of writers, and a keen energy to writing and performing sketch, they put some wind in my sails for the fall sketch comedy project. high five.
native earth performing arts are going to be putting out there call for new plays for the weesagechack festival in the fall. i believe the deadline is in july. visit THE NATIVE EARTH WEBSITE to learn more. i had my first play workshopped at weesageechack, and i’ve workshopped a number of pieces there and it is an awesome opportunity to work with pro’s, hang with some cool people, and more importantly, get up to date with the art that is happening in indian country. fantastic.
