Introducing: Indian and Cowboy Productions Inc.

My kookum used to tell me that there are two ways to do things: your way or your way.  It’s an old cliche – but I guess it holds some weight.  If you want something done right – do it yourself.  I believe that to a point.  In envisioning my new company, Indian and Cowboy Productions Inc., it seems as though a whole bunch of different visions have come together at the same time.  I love comedy, I love new media, I love “old” media (when done right), and I love to learn.  That’s why I formed INDIAN AND COWBOY PRODUCTIONS INC.

I’ve got the comedy part covered.  I’ve got a team of folks that I know, trust, and can count on to bring the funny.  The comedy is the easy part.  I’ve always been an “idea guy” and I have no shortage of amazing projects in my handy dandy notebook and I’m really comfortable sitting with REAL PRODUCERS and sharing my visions.  So far, in that regard, the process of “pitching” ideas/shows/series has been amazing.  I’ve learned TONS and I will continue to do so.

I have NO grand, delusional vision that I’ll be sitting in Hollywood in a few years sniffing coke off of a passed out Courtney Love.  I just want to do the work.  Period.  Starting a Production Company, and not knowing what I’m doing (not entirely true, but Spielberg wouldn’t hire me) is a small part of a greater vision for me – and I’m humbled to see where the vision takes me.  Right now, I’m only the “creative guy”, the Creative Producer if you will.  I will surround myself with good people with a similar vision to make Indian and Cowboy Productions a dynamic and important part of the new media/television/movie industry for years to come.  We have stories to tell and I feel we should be telling our own stories – so here we go.

The new media part, to me, is the real challenge.  This is the part that excites me the most.  The internet is like the wild west well, kinda like the wild west, if the wild west had porn and cute cat videos.  What I’ve learned through producing two successful (close to 100 000 downloads with no marketing or promotional work done other than the social media spam I send around) podcasts (The Clarence Two Toes Radio Show & Life According to Clarence Two Toes) has been an education in itself.  Every time I improvise a new episode of the shows (yes, they’re both improvised, and NO, the sitcom/webseries won’t be) it’s like doing a live show – the jitters, the doubts, etc.  But unlike doing a live show, I don’t get feedback/laughs while working.  So, when releasing a piece of media – it’s near torture.  I’m never sure if what I end up cutting together is funny or not.  Judging by downloads and the opportunity it’s brought me though – I think I’m doing okay.

What I need to do is learn about the industry and connect with good folks.  I’m blessed this way.  My first two projects (webseries/sitcom) are being optioned by the marvelous Buffalo Gal Pictures (Less Thank Kind, Cashing In, My Winnipeg, The Saddest Music in the World) here in Winnipeg, MB.  They’re willing to walk slow with me and teach me the ropes and I’m fortunate to have the opportunity to be able to produce my vision through the amazing team at Buffalo Gal.  I’m committed to learning.

Indian and Cowboy Productions Inc. is a brand new, one of a kind, Aboriginal Comedy Media Company.  It’s a small, humble start-up that aims to make a big difference in the television/film/new media world.  Committed to telling “our stories, our way”, Indian and Cowboy will change or challenge the way you think and the way you laugh.  Indian and Cowboy Productions is a young company with a big heart (and an even bigger mouth).  Let’s see where this takes us.

Here is the company mission statement:

Indian and Cowboy Productions is committed to producing, developing, and sharing old stories in new and exciting ways from an Aboriginal perspective. Owned by Ryan McMahon (Ojibway/Metis from Treaty #3, Couchiching First Nation) Indian and Cowboy Productions will turn everything you thought you knew about Indian Country on it’s head in an effort to change the way you think, the way you laugh, and the way you say, “nah, ever sick.”

Indian and Cowboy Productions Aboriginally owned and operated comedy media production company that aims to circle the wagons with their sometimes razor sharp, sometimes silly but always original style and brand of comedy media.  Whether it’s comedy podcasting, web video, or sitcoms, or movies – if it’s funny, and Aboriginal, Indian and Cowboy Productions will deliver the belly laughs.

Good luck on your production company. Hope you do well. Get to have a lot of hang arounds and wear big shades. Maybe some pinks shoes and a hat. Like the one Kid Rocks wears. Those are cool. But p-caps aka baseball caps are the tried and true. If you want to go big you have to wear ties with out collar shirts, and silk jackets. None of those hockey jerseys for you. When you get your new car it will have to be flexfuel car or a hybrid. Maybe one of those older hondas. But first don’t forget the first thing is to get the glasses. portage place has them for $13 or two for $20.

Cheers

No Deposit Bonus. This is simply free money. Honest online casinos will offer free casino chips with no strings attached, simply to attract people to play at their virtual tables. There will sometimes be minor strings attached. For example, the casino may ask for credit card details up front. Always read the terms.

1. He fully read the casino bonuses and promotions page. This sounds like common sense, but it’s important to read the fine print. Many casinos offer a special terms of Service page for each individual casino bouns. Casinos make their money by “giving” you a promotional bonus and requiring you to gamble for just long enough so that in theory you lose your initial deposit and the bonus amount. This requirement is called the “play through requirement”. Knowing the play through requirement and the odds of the game you are going to play are important. Because if you can find a casino that offers a low play through requirement and high enough bonus you could (in theory) make money for as long as your eligible for the bonus.

The online casinos do offer free drinks or hotel room, but it offers free money, lotteries, and more stuff. One of the advantages of playing in online casinos is that you can save money on airline tickets, hotel rooms and that you think you can earn that money or use of this money to play in the online casinos. Drawbacks to play in the online casinos is that you do not get the free drinks while you play and you do not get to go out to clubs or places like if you go to Las Vegas.

Beginner’s Route to Online Casinos
The online casinos are a great source of entertainment and fun. That said, there are a number of things you should take into consideration before playing. Choosing the right casino should be your first step in your quest for a great gaming experience online. As such, choosing the right casino will lead you to have a lot of fun and also win at the same time. If you find yourself with a pathetic online casino, you are bound to run into a lot of problems with poor graphics low-wage outs.

3. A whole lot of people visit traditional casinos and yet end up playing only the slot games because they are so simple and they stay away from the games that give the real thrills and spills. When you play on an online casino all the rules of all the games are bang in front of you, and all you have to do is read them and start playing whatever you like!
