Indian Men from across Turtle Island (North America for those not in the “know”) bombard Clarence with emails looking for advice about love, relationships, and how to get away with cheating Employment Insurance. Last year Clarence was dubbed, “THE INDIAN DOCTOR PHIL,” because of his first self help Valentine’s Day Video – so this year he’s back with a follow up video.
